Mr. Richard (Rick) Davis was selected to the Senior Executive Service in May 2011. As the Deputy for Cyber Operations/Director of Operations he serves as principal advisor to the CG, NETCOM on all aspects of Cyber Network Operations (NetOps) planning and execution. Additionally he oversees and directs the Army NetOps and telecommunication activities which provide support to all components, COCOMS, ASCCs, ACOMS, DRUs, and National Command Authority.
