This is our 14th symposium year and we are privileged once more to offer our exhibitors the beauty and efficiency of exhibiting at the world class Broadmoor Hotel. Our Exhibit Hall is almost sold out, so reserve your space now and join us in beautiful Colorado Springs for CYBERSPACE 2012!
BOOTH INFORMATION ($3,300 per booth)
- Booth registration includes
- One 10’ x 10’ space
- Pipe and drape for three sides of the booth (modified as required)
- One six-foot table, draped (four-foot table for 5’ x 5’ booth)
- Two chairs
- One waste can
- Four exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ booth space purchased (additional badges can be purchased for $200 each)
- Two exhibitor badges per 5’ x 5’ booth space purchased (additional badges can be purchased for $200 each)
- 150-word company profile on the symposium website and in the CYBERSPACE 2012 printed program
- Participation in the following events held in the Broadmoor Hall amongst exhibits
- Opening Reception, Tuesday evening, 7 February 2012
- Continental Breakfast, Wednesday morning, 8 February 2012
- Continental Breakfast, Thursday morning, 9 February 2012
- All morning and afternoon session breaks
SMALL BUSINESS BOOTHS
- $995 for ONE 5 x 5 small business booth PER company
- Business must have less than 100 employees
- Small business booths are 52a/b, 53a, 54b, 69b, 70a, 71a/b on the floor plan
LUNCHEONS
Tickets to attend the Tuesday and/or Wednesday Keynote Luncheons (held in International Center) may be purchased for $50 each (the luncheons are NOT included in the purchase price of a booth)
EXHIBITOR KIT

BOOTH PAYMENT DETAILS
- Booths may be purchased and guaranteed by paying immediately, directly online with a credit card
- Booths may be reserved, and held for 30 days, if paying by check or credit card. Upon receipt of payment, booth will be guaranteed. If paying by credit card at a later date, you must log in to your account
- Checks MUST be payable to Rocky Mountain Chapter, AFCEA and mailed to: AFCEA, Attn: Exhibitor Payment, P.O. Box 76960, Colorado Springs, CO 80907
BOOTH CANCELLATION
Cancellations up to 30 November 2011 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be granted after 30 November 2011. A 15% cancellation processing fee will be assessed to any refund payment when the original payment was made by credit card.
